2012 S. Post Road
This building was transformed into 12,000 ft of new office space for Century 21 Goodyear Green and First American Title. Formally a daycare, the building interior was demoed to the studs and built back new. The exterior was given a more modern face lift. J Lou currently owns and manages this project.
