ONE JUNCTION

In Automobile Alley, we found a gem on 7th street, formally the Brawley Rental building. This is a unique building with good bones. We are excited to be doing this project with Skydance Brewery as the anchor tenant. The total project is 15,000 ft. It will be mixed use with 7000 ft Brewery and Tap Room, 3000 ft food beverage tenant and 6000 ft of office space. We have added a second story to give the building additional square footage and also to enhance the architectural appearance of the building. This project was nominated by the Urban Land Institute in the Small Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration category. Solar panels were recently added as a patio cover.
