Gatewood
Gatewood is a top and bottom duplex located in the Gatewood neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza District. The property was the eye sore of the street and was purchased as a bank owned property. Once we got started on the property, we realized it was in such poor condition we had to take it down to the studs. The only thing left was the brick facade. Everything from the roof down was replaced including new windows, MEP, full kitchens and the baths. We looked to keep the charm of the building to accent it’s place community. The original wood floors were repaired and refinished. Even with all the challenges, the project has been a great success and benefit to the community.
