405 Building

The building, having great bones, has gone through major a renovation of both floors. J Lou purchased this building with the intent of calling it home. In time, the upstairs was renovated to Executive Suites and now has over 7 companies doing business there. Located on Broadway with close proximity to downtown offers the ease of excitability and parking. The 405 building has been a great success and incubator to many companies in Downtown OKC.
